He possesses 14+ years of working experience in both the private and public sectors. Robert worked with Makerere University college of computing and Uganda Technology and Management University among others in the education sector as course instructor, lecturer and e-learning systems specialist. He is a certified ICDL trainer with over 14 years training experience. Robert has trained members of the Uganda Police Force, Enabel Uganda, Médecins Sans Frontières Uganda, US Embassy Uganda, MasterCard Foundation – MAK, UNESCO, Uganda Registration Services Bureau, PPDA Uganda, Government of South Sudan officials among others in ICDL and E-Learning systems use and administration.
Robert believes that technology has come to stay and everyone deserves to have a fair understanding of the basics. He is currently the Senior E-learning Officer at Kabale University.
