UNESCO Teacher Training on e-learning to selected teachers in Uganda on the use of e-learning and related e-teaching tools in online teaching and learning. This project was contracted to Radix Management Consulting and my role was to build the e-learning platform, the conferencing platform and training of users in the use of these platforms.
