Drake, Dr. Patrick Mirembe has a PhD in information system security from the University of Gronigen in the Netherlands. Dr. Drake has spent the previous 18 years working in both industry and academia. He was the founding Manager of the Microsoft Innovation Center-Uganda, which is housed at Makerere University’s College of Computing and Information Sciences.
